Lunches
Children have the choice between bringing a packed lunch and purchasing a hot school meal provided by Kingswood Catering. School dinner menus are provided by Kingswood and orders are made online through Kingswood’s website.
Packed lunches should not include any fizzy drinks, glass bottles or sweets. Please try to provide your child with a well-balanced, healthy packed lunch in a suitable container.
Packed lunches must not include nuts or food with nut traces, to protect those members of our school community who have allergies to nuts. Further information can be found on the school website, medicines page.
Free fruit is provided for children in Key Stage 1. Children in Key Stage 2 may bring a piece of fruit or vegetable to eat at morning break.
Milk, which costs approx. £3.00 - £5.00 per term, is available to both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children.
There is a water cooler in school and children are encouraged to drink water throughout the day to keep them hydrated, their brains alert and to aid maximising children’s potential.
